Job Responsibility Merchandiser Lead:

Job Description:

Lead Merchandiser team to achieve target.
Communicate with buyer and handle inquiries regarding ordered products.
Collaborate closely with factory team to ensure the product meets the buyer’s request and can be delivered on time.
Follow up order from sample development, bulk production, and shipment.
Prepare documents such as costing sheets, booking sheets, purchase orders, etc.
Monitor and advise the production process to ensure the quality of products.
Take responsibility in product inspection before the shipment.
Create shipping instructions to ensure safe delivery.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) preferably with Garment/Textile major.
Min. 5 years experience in the same field from Garment Manufacturing.
Deep understanding of garment processes.
Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English fluently.
Fluent in Japanese will be a plus.
Willing to be placed in Bandung (WFO).
