Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer in Jakarta. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and communicating our brand message effectively to our target audience. You will collaborate closely with our content teams to create compelling designs that resonate with our stakeholders and drive engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

Conceptualizing and creating a wide range of visual assets including but not limited to: marketing materials, digital advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, and merchandise.
Translating creative briefs and marketing objectives into visually appealing and on-brand designs.
Taking ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of design assets.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporating new techniques and technologies into our design process.

Qualifications

Min. 3 Years experience in graphic design, motion graphics and logo design
Expertise in branding, design principles, color theory, and composition.
Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across a range of mediums
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
